A walk-through of entity classification, containment tiers, the six-phase sequence, and legal basis with your medical, legal, and operations reviewers present.

Departmental Fit

The doctrine is mapped to your existing authorities and chain of command so it can be adopted without conflicting with standing policy.

Adopt & Exercise

Release of full materials, followed by a tabletop arrival exercise and an After-Action Report that feeds the next doctrine revision.

Terms of Use

Licensing keeps the standard consistent across every adopting body — the value of a common readiness vocabulary depends on it staying common.

  • Licenses are scaled to mission scope, not headcount
  • Adoption does not transfer authority, custody, or liability
  • Agencies may add departmental annexes but may not fork the classification system
  • Revision notices are issued to all licensed bodies
  • Training materials may be reproduced internally under license
